Joshua came out and inspected the system and found it low on refrigerant. He also inspected the attic components and found that critters had eaten through the ductwork in a number of locations, which was allowing cold air to escape into the attic. He added refrigerant and advised for another service call to handle the duct work (as per our Choice Home Warranty guidelines). While late in the day, was pleasant to work with and communicated the issues clearly.
