Repair: Central Air Diagnosis: leak in coil Tech came out diagnosed the issue quickly, but I had to wait 2 days without AC before he returned with new coil.

Fixed my washer. They had to order parts, but followed up one week later. Overall it was good.

The repair man did not seem to be very helpful. He was only here a few minutes before telling us that a new icemaker would be over $700 and only offered the warranty as a tiny discount on a new one. Then we were charged $127 as a repair fee when the only thing he did was turn off the old icemaker

The technician was very good once he arrived. My window was 7am-6pm! This is not a window period just say the date. This is so dated not to be able to provide a 4 hour window for upcoming service. I had to have someone waiting in a house that was 90 degrees. Once we finally received a text giving a time the time continued to change . My suggestion is to be more compassionate about the heat and people’s time. AC is fixed so the tech did do his job once he arrived and the deductible was paid .

I dont have any issues with Floyd. He was timely, professional, and diagnosed the problem. Im more concerned with with Sears/Choice warranty in resolving my issue with the LG compressor. I have been on phone calls, hold, disconnected, transferred all morning and still no resolution. Still trying. Sears almost impossible to connect via phone.
