Fourth service man came today to repair range. I was charged $343 I was told there would be on charge because the range was still not fixed. I already paid. Over $500 in November Since the range was not fixed and the second technician broke the right side without telling me. This is from November visit. My range is still not fixed. The second technician said wrong parts ordered could not fix. Third technician said right part number but newer model parts not working correctly in range. He will need to talk with someone. This is upsetting. Thanksgiving is next week. I am upset. With Sears. I called number provided could not talk to human. Any updates. How to contact for information

Worst service ever experienced with an appliance repair. First, the automated phone support is terrible. You can’t speak with a live person. Second, the technician did not arrive during the scheduled 4 hour window. Third, the incorrect part was ordered. Ordered new part and system doesn’t recognize the part was delivered. Fourth, system keeps changing my appointment because it thinks the part hasn’t arrived. System keeps rescheduling my appointment. Fifth, when call to reschedule, the AI assistant hangs up. Sixth, they make you pay for the service before work is performed. Seven, there is no live person to call to complain or receive a refund for unperformed service work. My recommendation is to not use this repair service.

Was charged 130 diagnostic fee but the technician wasn't able to find out what the issue was but yet still charged me, never using sears again ,I should be issued a refund but I'm sure that won't happen
