I needed some time to think about this. My issue was the tech came out and diagnosed the problem as "Has open wire in cabinet , no voltage to ice maker water valve". From there the Technician said there was nothing he could do and that it was just broken without a fix. There was no recommendation or effort to ag least try and come up with a solution. The tech instead chsrgex me tbr labor and service fee making sure I paid immediately then left. So 128 dollars foe a technician to say sorry there is no fix provider a 10 word reason and never offer advise or solution

BAIT & SWITCH. I needa part to fix my dryer and didn't want to wait 5-7 days for the part. I found this repair center listed on Google maps as a physical location in a nearby shopping center. When I could not find a physical store front, I called the number listed and was told they only sell online and by phone. I was quoted a price slightly higher than what I found elsewhere online. But more importantly, would take longer to ship unless I paid to expedite.

They showed up on time but they couldn’t get the party in for a week and then it was gonna take a few days after that to come and install it. And then it cost more to replace a heating element then it was to buy brand new dryer.

The technician broke our dryer and/or could not put it back together properly. Our dryer was working just fine other than a loud noise and after technician left to try and repair (who said it was fixed) it no lingers turns on at all. We have video and audio evidence from our home camera from the next technician called out to fix the issue stating the previous technician did something he shouldn’t have, broker our dryer, and is going to get fired. Do NOt use sears home services. They care more about their reputation than the clients they are serving.
