Brandon with Sears appliance repair aka Lowes, Assurant was fantastic. Kept me informed and showed up to replace parts on time as promised. Plus, a very friendly, knowledgeable young man. I'm not happy with my GE front load washer that's 15 mths old and needed a door latch and motherboard. Knowing that Brandon was the one working to figure out what was happening, and replace broken/faulty parts made it much less aggravating for me.
