Representative arrived on time and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem and ordered the repair part. The part arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Sears scheduled the follow up for the next day. Repair man arrived at the time agreed on. Part was installed, everything was put back and oven was checked out. The whole repair experience was very pleasant.

David was very helpful in letting us know options and also willing to check with those more knowledgeable to double check his diagnosis! He brought James on second visit and they fixed it. I highly recommend David and James! I will add that we didn’t like the non human part of their team …Samantha the virtual AI person!!!!
