I wish Sears would provide all of the services under their contract. Cinch always sends sub standard service providers for services. Sears should consider replacing them.

The technicians have been wonderful. However, Sears website for service and appointments is deplorable! I find nowhere where you can change your address if you’ve moved; there is nowhere to receive support; and there is nowhere to SPEAK TO A PERSON! Very poor rating on your service for the customer! You’ve dropped the ball!
