I would give 0 if possible. No call in the morning with eta, eta was online set to 10:30-12:27 at 8AM until 1:30PM and then they updated it at 1:30PM to set the eta to 1:30-2:02. At 2:00PM they share that they arrived and that they have finished their service and asked me to rate the service, although no one arrived. I know no one arrrived and nobody called, as I was home all day wasting time waiting for the technician when it is my only day off and I needed to get other things done at the house that required getting parts from the store which I couldn’t do due to the lack of communication and inaccessibility of an actual person through the phone line.

Your tech person showed up on time took my 65$ immediately upon arrival , looked at the air conditioner, shut off the unit , said he couldn’t work on the unit and left the site doing absolutely nothing. A horrible experience. Mike Guyer

Your services was horrible. (and that's kind). your service guy did not repair the washer. as he was leaving it flooded our laundry room. Texted and called him, with no response. Called services center and was directed to south east Asia. no one would help and no one would return calls. This business is a huge scam. Doesn't even deserve the time that it took me to type this. also it wont let me post this without giving 1 star. It doesn't deserve that.

I paid for an estimate for repair of my washing machine and got a receipt for that $139. The estimate was txt'd to me with errors. I have called the help line four times and each time they send me a copy of the receipt not the estimate. Every time I complain they send me to the help line that has failed four times to produce the estimate. There is no way to elevate or redirect my issue so I keep going to the same people and they keep giving me the wrong answer. USELESS.

Neal never showed up. We waited all day and never left the house. I viewed all my camera videos and he’s not on it so I know he didn’t show and never rang my bell. A&E is the worst company ever.
