The service technician, John, arrived on time as expected, was friendly and courteous, and listened carefully to the issues with my fridge. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair efficiently. He was even kind to my dog! I truly appreciate his professionalism and kindness.

We were told by an AC company that we needed to REPLACE COMPRESSOR. . . . I called my Sears Whole Home peeps and when THEY looked at it. . . .all it needed was refrigerant! HELLO! REPLACEMENT? . . .
