My technician was good. Sears company is deplorable with their customer service department and in honoring their warranties. It took over two months for them to repair my Kenmore Elite refrigerator with the Master Protection Plan warranty that I purchased. This is unacceptable. The technician is contracted out by Sears and not an employee of Sears, which is probably why he was good.

DO NOT use Sears Home warranty. Your problem will never be fixed on the first visit. Appointments take weeks to schedule. They spent 2 1/2 months trying to fix my oven. They couldn’t. I had to buy a new oven and then canceled the service Last technician never showed up never called.

Your services was horrible. (and that's kind). your service guy did not repair the washer. as he was leaving it flooded our laundry room. Texted and called him, with no response. Called services center and was directed to south east Asia. no one would help and no one would return calls. This business is a huge scam. Doesn't even deserve the time that it took me to type this. also it wont let me post this without giving 1 star. It doesn't deserve that.

I paid for an estimate for repair of my washing machine and got a receipt for that $139. The estimate was txt'd to me with errors. I have called the help line four times and each time they send me a copy of the receipt not the estimate. Every time I complain they send me to the help line that has failed four times to produce the estimate. There is no way to elevate or redirect my issue so I keep going to the same people and they keep giving me the wrong answer. USELESS.

Neal never showed up. We waited all day and never left the house. I viewed all my camera videos and he’s not on it so I know he didn’t show and never rang my bell. A&E is the worst company ever.
