Our technician was fast and dependable, knowledgeable and friendly. I hope you send Mark if we need A/C repair again. FYI first and second appointments was canceled by Sears on the same day they were supposed to come. Today was the third appt for our A/C problem. I hope this does not happen again or we will cancel our warranty. Thank you Judy Hill
