Carlos was great he took time to explain a few things. The tracking and scheduling system as a whole is flawed. The part was delivered to my house 2 days after the first technician ordered it. I notified everyone (Sears) I could including Samantha the AI virtual assistant that I had the part. After 5 appointments, 4 of which were no shows we had someone else install the part. Techs were great.

We have had 3 other people out to look at snd fix. Each time it ended uo being a twmp fix and broke again shortly after and then had no washer in between but the tec we have had this time around I highly recomment@ he went above and beyond. He asked questions (the others did not just flipped the washer and told me what was wrong) he took the lid off to test snd Showed me what was wrong and explained what parts needed to be replaced and did what the person befor him didnt do. He managed to put it togeather so I could do at least small loads until the parts came in. From the time the apt was made for him to come look at it to the time it took to get the parts ordered delivered and him come back to complete was less then a week. And he was very pleasant and did what 3 tecs befor him didnt do communication and knowledge. If we every have any other problem we dont want anybody else sent
