We appreciate the effort however the noise problem persists. It cycles on and the motor sounds gets louder and louder. Problem Not solved. Attainment for the service appointment kept being put off till another in the area was also arranged. Not normally an issue except we confirmed appointments over and over only to have them changed and reconfirmed multiple times. I’d like to return this refrigerator than go through this process again.
