I ran the washer with nothing in it. During the spin cycle it was shacking like a dog shtting peach seeds. The tube is not balanced. this needs to be fixed.

Technician was nice but don’t like the company sent to us because we have a built in microwave which is in our cabinet so not sure why they wouldn’t fix it. My microwave does not work at all and for them not to fix it after spending so much monthly payment to my warranty and they couldn’t do anything not happy.

My damn washing machine is still broke Service tech came out didn’t check it to see if it worked properly put the new part in and took off sorry washing my clothes and the damn thing is not working right

Did not show up waited outside during window 10am to noon. Never called or texted website said he came but he was a no show . I have a long driveway and no one drove down the road and I'm the only home on the west side of the road I would give no stars if I could.

Tried to explain to this technician that the vent on the microwave was installed wrong, he took offense and said he is the technician, we said it is banging when wind blow, he said it is supposed to do that, we said it never did it before and once again said he was the technician, I got a chair and was trying to show him and he said it was not a warranty item, we said it is when it was installed wrong when last technician repaired it, he said well I am gonna get somebody else to work with you because you are to argumentative, I said so your canceling, he said no, I said you guys just canceled last week, he walked out. 1st repair was basically finding out parts to order, second repair repairs were made, microwave works but installed wrong made all kinds of noises, 3rd repair was canceled due to unknown reasons, 4 th repair guy shows up with attitude and walked out. It has been a 3 month journey now just to get microwave fixed. Still not fixed correctly.

This tech said there would be a charge. To clean the vent and move the machine away from the wall. The vent was not dirty and the machine is now about a foot from the wall. The loud grrrrrr is still there. Tech did nothing.

Martin was not a good technician and he was quite rude to my mother. He told the warranty company the microwave was “dead” and they needed a diagnosis to file the claim. So, we had to have another tech come out to handle the situation.
