If I could give zero stars I would. Technician never showed up and I missed work for absolutely nothing. App said that the technician was here at my home, he was not. I called Sears and they said the technician completed the work and I informed them that he never showed up. The week before they sent a technician who didn’t fix anything with my dishwasher and took all of the parts that were mailed to me and said they belong to Sears. The technician apparently reported to Assurant that my dishwasher works and there are missing parts and it is not covered by the warranty. My dishwasher does not work correctly and still has not been repaired for the past 2 months. Either fix it or replace it!!

A technician was sent to my home without any days in advance notice or anything, he said he confirmed an hour before via text but without any knowledge of the appointment I was not expecting any texts.He didn't do anything but look at the appliance, he stated he was investigating and took a picture of the damage the prior technician caused. He made me sign a clear slate on his phone stating he came out. Later, I was emailed a copy of what I signed stating the damage was pre-existing and the technician did not make it?? This is very Petty this company is very petty, I wish they would take accountability for what they did they drilled the whole into my dishwasher and now nobody wants to take accountability for what happened. Not Sears or even the company that employs the technician that drilled the hole! My main issue with my dishwasher was the water was Not draining, I cleaned the dishwasher and emptied the stinky water before the first technician arrived, there was No hole at the time because if there was a hole I would not have a 'No draining' issue I would have a Leaking issue. Sears told me straight out that they were not liable for the damage because it was within the 30 days of the protection plan, now this company is not taking responsibility for what they did now this company is not accepting accountability for what their employee did. They said they didn't have enough evidence which is so dumb to me. The technician that was sent here already knew what his findings were going to be, he was sitting here for show, they were never going to take accountability for what they did to begin with with all the bad reviews they have online this company should be shut down and sued.

Repairman was grumpy, argumentative (even with coworker on phone when he called for help), and not helpful. Could not definitively diagnose the problem and suggested extreme prices for repairs. Sent him away with intentions to just buy a new range.

Did not fix my oven charged $504 for part that did not fix properly. Sears Rescheduled repair appointment twice. Sent a different tec there is not way to contact sears directly to discuss issue.
