My repairman was fabulous! He communicated his arrival time and was prompt. My only issue is the AI service that schedules. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled after I had cleared my schedule to allow for a full day of waiting. You cannot call and get a person to talk to. I do not like everything being AI. Thankfully, my tech actually called the day of service to verify that I would be available.

The technician was very friendly very patient went over and above his duty communicated with me, explained everything he was doing, and what was going on. We need more people like him, but my problem is still not fixed, but he tried everything he could think of and I’m very thankful for that.
