While the person actually doing the job were very professional and knowledgeable, dealing with Sears was painful. No way to talk to a human, and when you finally got someone he or she could do nothing.... not his/her department. On addition for a LG authorized repair dealer, you were unable to work with LG to resolve the compressor warranty issue, putting me in the middle between Sears and LG... sad situation... And on top.... your constantly trying to sale you something.. for that yes, you can talk to a human
