Very Good, #5 to the very nice rep that came out. Washer never made noise after he got here. So he has no repairs to make. I NEED PAPER COPY OF RECEIPT SENT TO MY ADDRESS ASAP!!!

I am still waiting for someone to contact me on my repair. I paid them over a thousand dollars to repair my freezer. The AI person keeps telling me my repair has been finished. My parts are still sitting on my pool table. Can’t get anyone to talk to in person. FRUSTRATING!!!

I scheduled a refrigerator repair. No one showed up or contacted me the day of the repair. I waited around all day! Then when I called to check on my service request the stupid AI agent had the wrong appliance and an address that was not even in my state! I tried to get it fixed but the AI agent was not smart enough to figure out was happening and eventually hung up on me! I repeatedly asked to speak to a live agent only to be told by the AI that no live agents were available. I struggled with the AI agent through several attempts. I tried calling over a dozen other numbers and always was pushed back to the same stupid AI. This is for a refrigerator repair that forced me to unplug and defrost my refrigerator. I need it fixed now and I've already paid for the repair. I was able to reschedule the repair but I have no confidence that the repairman will show up! I will NEVER EVER use Sears Home Services again! The service technicians are good. The AI agents are the worst AI I've encountered and should be trashed! Sears used to have a good reputation but not any more. DO NOT USE!

He did not notify of a time he’d arrive. 7am- 6pm is an 11 hr range. I work 5 minutes from the house and could’ve shown up had he notified me of when he’d arrive. Next time call and give at least a good approximate arrival time.

I'm giving this 1 star only because zero isn't an option. I've been waiting for months for a technician, with 5 cancellations on the scheduled day, leaving me stuck at home each time. On two other occasions, the technician showed up but had to order parts. Now they're saying the appliance isn't covered. This warranty is a complete rip-off. Don't waste your money!

I would never recommend the service. They canceled a couple of times and it took them over a month and a half to come and repair the washing machine. Terrible service.

I have not had a lot of experience with getting appliance repair, but I was surprised to learn that the technician was unable to replace a rubber gasket or move forward with any other diagnostic due to this, so I am definitely not impressed with the service nor will I be calling them again.
