When we noticed our washing machine making a weird grinding noise at the beginning of a wash cycle, I contacted Sears Home Warranty to come check it out. They came out and determined what was needed and ordered the parts. When they came back to install those parts, they realized some additional parts were needed. They ordered those parts and came back and fixed the washing machine. I am very pleased with Sears Home Warranty and the service they provide.

The technician, Patrick, was great. I have no complaints at all with him. I liked him very much. I did struggle a lot with the AI customer service. I had a simple question and was never able to find a real person to talk to.
