My repairman was fabulous! He communicated his arrival time and was prompt. My only issue is the AI service that schedules. My appointment was canceled and rescheduled after I had cleared my schedule to allow for a full day of waiting. You cannot call and get a person to talk to. I do not like everything being AI. Thankfully, my tech actually called the day of service to verify that I would be available.
