This was the second time Thomas came out. He originally came to tell me what was wrong with my refrigerator, ordered parts and he said someone would be back to install the parts. He actually got the call to return and did a great job. He was very nice and informative. It was a pleasure!

The labor cost is way too high. Also, I would rather talk to a live person than a machine when you call the phone number. Other than the above, everything turned out well.
