Technician was efficient but Sears appliance repair needs to update their customer service options. You cannot speak with a live person you have to go through AI or either a chat with ai. My major complaint with the whole Sears home repair system is that you cannot talk to a live person and the fact that I rescheduled through a text message and on the day of the rescheduled service I didn't hear from anyone. I contacted the check department and they said they didn't have me on the schedule for today. Luckily they had an opening and I was put on the schedule but technician didn't appear until 4:30.

Repair tech was timely in his arrival, setting to work to diagnose my dishwasher as soon as possible. He determined the problem and gave his recommendation. I need a new dishwasher. I was impressed by his professionalism.
