Although my repairman Sergio with Sears repair service was very professional, the scheduling process left a great deal to be desired . I scheduled for repair service for my dryer , received email confirmation regarding said appointment, however when the day arrived , I stayed home all day , originally receiving an email confirmation that morning for my appointment that day and Sears did not communicate with me nor did any one show up .

He did not come for freeze repair because he was given the wrong serial number. I was told to report the correct serial number BUT I have not been able to get in to your telephone service. Not happy with my Protective service at this point!!!!!!!~

I would never recommend the service. They canceled a couple of times and it took them over a month and a half to come and repair the washing machine. Terrible service.

My wires were fried. And the technician is trying to not fix the issue even though it is under warranty and wont return my phone call.

I have not had a lot of experience with getting appliance repair, but I was surprised to learn that the technician was unable to replace a rubber gasket or move forward with any other diagnostic due to this, so I am definitely not impressed with the service nor will I be calling them again.
