Repair person stated ac just needed freon. 4 hours later, still not cooling. Went outside and saw the fan isn't spinning on the outside unit. Update: Different repair person came 4 days later and found the problem (blown capacitor). Replaced it, and now things are good. Thank you, Jaime!

Great work as usual. Not happy bout the scheduling and not calling to reschedule or inform clients when there is a no show, very poor communication on that aspect. But truly awesome work and conversations concerning topics on the job they are called for.
