Never used Sears before but my dryer went out on us! I didn't know who to call but remembered an ad in my email so I called them... AMAZING response time and wonderful technician. He got us going again and was so professional and genuinely nice. Thanks Sears!! I will be calling in the future you got a customer for life!

Sam the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. My dryer was repaired quickly. Note, however, pricing seemed a tad high. Yet service was first rate.
