Inclement weather delayed 9:00 AM arrival to 11:25 AM. Floyd V notified of rescheduled arrival by text. He arrived promptly and apologetically. He diagnosed the microwaves condition & contacted Sears the Model Number to find the part is unavailable. Informed replacement information would be forthcoming. Advised me builder installed GFI plug needed removal & replaced with compatible Non-GFI plug. Floyd was thorough in his assessment, friendly cordial as he went about his job promptly and efficiently. I rate Floyd *****.
