Will never use you again!!! 10 days for you to come. Told you what was wrong, yet no part you said would be with him, this was a simple fix. He confirms, can order & install in 10 MORE days. $478 to replace a latch! Included $50 " service & clean" I did not authorize. . Decided to call a local for oven instead. Be here MONDAY. Diagnostics--HALF what you charge. Used to be reliable, what a shame...

Technician was nice. This is the second repair that has been needed in 6 months. The compressor was replaced 6 months ago and according to the technician today it needs to be replaced again. We were charged for 2 compressors last year - and received 2 - but it’s impossible to ever speak with anyone so we’ve had this second compressor in the closet … according to the technician today it’s not even the correct compressor for this unit. Two stars are for the technician only. He called to confirm this morning, gave me an approximate time he would arrive, and called again when he was 10 min out like I requested. But this company and their warranties are THE WORST. Again, trying to get ahold of anyone is a painful time suck.

Fraudester, I called out my original installed company the next day and they determined nothing was wrong with motor and the AC worked fine blowing cool air. It was a dirty coil freezing up shutting off the system by design. Also the system turned on a blew cool air and the tech from Chapman AC showed me the clear suction from the intake vents by placing a dollar on it and it sucked it there. Also the motor can be heard clearly turning on and he place money over the vents to show it blowing out cool air. Also I was told the tech never looked at the cools or examine to complete system to properly test it. I will be filing a formal complaint with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR) tomorrow submitting all the evidence provided from the other company, witnesses, pics and videos to expose this individual and company who employs him that would allow this to happen to customers. I will update with videos and pics tomorrow to show my evidence of this dishonest individual. did not know videos could be uploaded. Also he was dishonest about submitting the diagnostic to my warranty company so he got to come back the 2nd time, which I thought was to installed the alleged motor he was suppose to be picking up he ordered. Finally i asked him for a quote to do the job since he supposedly had the part and was there already. He never called me back and just left. So that tells me he was only there to collect a service fee, could not do the job or did not have a part to install since he had just submitted the diagnostic to the warranty company. I would never use or recommend Sears Home Services to no one if this is the type of service to be expected and they are performing. One star was only given because it would not post without at least one star. Look to hear from Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation (TDLR).

TRASH! Took a day off of work just for the technician to say he couldn’t read my model number and refused to work on it. I felt like he was too lazy and just wanted any excuse to get out of work. Will never recommend this place to anybody. Frank Y was late rude and lazy!

Good luck reaching an actual human being. We had a scheduled appointment with a nine hour window. A few hours before the window ended we received a text from an automated system saying they needed to reschedule.

I can’t give the person a star because this morning they had to come to check are washer and I had to lose a day of work and the person never came please get people responsible because now they are telling me that I give a star when the person never came.
