tried everything to fix it
was unable to get the water filter to attach itself to the unit after installing the new parts ! problem remains ! Please replace the refrigerator with a new one that works ASAP !!!!

Ricky was great, but the company is difficult to work with.
Ricky did a great job repairing our refrigerator, He was professional and personable, so no complaints there. A&E Factory Service on the other hand provides a very poor service, in that they do not provide any way to communicate with them, other than through the technician. This is an appallingly bad situation and I would not recommend the company for this reason. Ricky gets five star and the company gets none.
