Rick was great, my only problem was getting you guys to get here after third time of rescheduling. And waiting all day for the service. He was great told me what was going on with our refrigerator.

This appliance repair place is amazing super helpful. Just called to see if they sold parts alone. They do not but they were able to help me find the right part super nice and helpful even when they weren’t making any money off of me I would definitely recommend this place if you have any kind of appliance needs.

Ben was awesome and it was user error But so happy he came out to fix my washer machine and my over detergent using. He still pulled out the washer and checked all the pipes and waited while I ran a load and it was clear I iver detergented. Happy 😊

Our technician Neil is awesome! He is knowledgeable, friendly and very respectful. He has great customer service skills. The techs are great but scheduling service through the company is awful! Get rid of the AI crap and let me speak to a real human-being!
