After going through 4 different sears tech in past 4 weeks this guy figure out our Samsung refrigerator problem in 10 min. What he did tech #1,2 & 3 should have done it right then but they just kept ordering parts & let next one deal with it Thank you Brent finally solve our problem

Only problem we had was when the payment App would not accept the credit card it would say that there was an error and asked to use a different card. it charged my credit cards 9 times. i need to get this corrected as soon as possible

Not the right "Choice"
Very nice and professional. Unfortunately, I can't say same for Choice Home Warranty. My dryer is making an awful noise. Technician told me it was the blower motor. Choice denied claim because it is still "operational". I am not a mechanic, but if my car made this kind of noise, I Would Not keep driving till it blows the motor or throws a rod. I have been told that clothes dryers are the #1. Cause of house fires.

The personnel you sent were very good at their job it did not take a lot of time and they were very polite they had done quietly and fast. They were good to my visiter and did not complain about them. These are the type of people should be handling calls they were good.

Technician was on time. Very knowledgeable and serviced 8 appliances on this trip! And has scheduled me an app for Feb 22nd for top oven repair! He was nice and cleaned up after to completed each appliance! This is a 5 star for all 8 appliances he serviced!

Marcus efficiently snd politely fixed our washing machine.
Marcus called twice when he was on his way a n f arrived promptly. He quickly and efficiently installed the r e placement part. He was very efficient, fast at his work. He wa s very courteous and polite r. He explained questions I had about th spin speed. He tested the washer for us and everything worked perfectly He even recomended holding on to the old part just in case. Very nice gentleman.
