Aircondtion issues
Ladarrien was very professional and introduce himself when he arrived. He explained to me why he was not able to help and showed me what was needed to be repair. He answer all my questions and concerns and advised me of the next step. I was disappointed that he was not able to help, but I did understand. Because of the problem, I would need a plumber.

Complaint of scheduling. The technician very professional
The technician was professional. The work was done quickly. The problem was with getting a technician here. I repeatedly told the "automated system" that the part was delivered on the 24th. The system noted that the part had not been shipped. I added a note that I had the shipped part. The full charges were paid in the amount of $666.54. The automatic system would schedule the next available date. However there was no technician sent to repair the refrigerator. This was done four times. I told the automated system that I was files a complaint and report to the BBB. Immediately automated system set the appointment for today for an arrival time between 11:00am and 1pm. Shortly afterwards I received a call from the technician.
