Dryer repair
Brad did a good job of finding the issue with my clothes dryer. Since the issue was with the vent and not the dryer itself, he could not actually fix the problem, but he helped direct me to a fix.

The technician called when he arrived at my home. He came in and went right to work. He changed out the parts immediately and was out the door. I washed a load immediately. It appears that the problem was fixed!
