Overall, we are happy with the refrigerator repair. It appears they do have some internal communication issues where customer submitted information does not get to the techs. The person who completed the repair (Alberto) was exceptional. He communicated with us, was helpful, and it was apparent he is highly skilled. We gave this a review a 5 because of his service.
