Our clothes washer was starting to act up just before the end of last year, December 10th 2025. We have a sears master protection agreement, so we called on the same day on the chance we could get someone out before Christmas and New Years. Sears appliance repair said they could be out that afternoon to analyze the problem, what a welcome relief. Service technician Marcus arrived, we told him our issues and he went to trouble shooting and determined what needed to be fixed. Marcus was very friendly and helpful listening our concerns. He ordered the parts and it took several days for delivery. He returned within a week to replace the parts and showed us the parts and their conditions. He ran a cycle and tested new parts. Thanks to Marcus and the Sears repair we were up and running before the holidays.

The service repair man was professional and kind. The price was in my opinion overpriced l paid $162.00 excluding the $69 for the service plan. But I’m a disabled veteran and can’t repair it myself .

Sears Appliance Repair did excellent job on repairing the broken drain pump on my washer. I was impressed with Sears Appliance Repairs ability to move my repair date to accommodate my availability. Initially, there wasn’t a technician available for the day and time that I wanted my washer repaired, but Sears Appliance Repair was in constant communication with me. A few days had passed by and I received a text from Sears, advising me that there was an availability for the day and time that I had originally requested. I was impressed that Sears did not forget about me and they went the extra mile to repair my washer. What a great appliance repair company!!!!
