Our serviceman was on time and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the washing machine and gave a clear explanation of what could be causing the problems with the spin cycle. He gave some helpful suggestions concerning load balance and detergent usage. He explained about the wear and tear on the bearings. I appreciate his professionalism and courtesy.
