I have a protection agreement through Sears and it has made taking care of the appliances much easier. It seems like modern appliances break down a lot, and the technicians from Sears are always able to quickly diagnose and fix whatever is going on. They provide a great service.

Angel was very thorough kept me informed of his steps that he took to service the AC let me know on what I needed to do to improve maxium coldness.. He then went outside thoroughly overlooked the outside unit make sure that the coils was clean and ready to go for the summer
