Wayne was knowledgeable, attentive and showed his experience by carefully explaining the possible causes of the failure. Gave some preventative steps to take to possibly avoid similar errors. Great job! He also took time to explain to my wife what could have possibly happened and some steps avoid it in the future. Using None super technical terms! Thanks agin!
