Second appointment scheduled, first appointment was last week Thursday and the technician “couldn’t make it.” They (Sears) rescheduled the appointment for today (Monday 3-17-25) and the technician never shows again, this time I just get a message requesting I rate his service… meanwhile my washing machine is still broken! Pretty useless to have a warranty if you can’t get anything fixed in a timely manner.

Technician called and said he was on the way. An hour and half later I called him. Turns out he decided not to come. Later that night I got a receipt for my estimate/appointment. The estimate/appointment that I never had
