Our washer repairman, Kenneth, did an excellent job!!! He arrived within the given time frame and gave us a quick call to alert us that he was on his way. He was quite knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed the issue with our washer. He had the needed parts on his truck and quickly repaired the washer. We opted to add the dryer service for only $50!

Our second technician Abel was great- but the first technician was not accurate with diagnostics and we ended over paying for labor & we did not get out money back for that. Abel fixed our appliance & installed the part that was not needed but still replaced as it was already ordered. Thankful for technicians that go throughly with appliance inspection.
