*Update* Eduardo arrived to fix my refrigerator and did a great job. Fast and efficient. Knowledgeable and courteous. Definitely earned a higher rating for the company. *The technician who fixed my oven was great. He only had to reschedule my repair twice before the replacement part actually arrived. Other service calls and other technicians proved different. They rescheduled my repairs so many times that I almost lost my job not to mention it reduced my paycheckS so much, I had to take a loan to secure my bills. You will regret giving your money to this service.

They will be late and won’t update you. You will be left to wonder if they are even coming. Don’t plan anything that day because lord knows when they will show. What a waste of time and money.

Did not have the right parts. Four visits, and stove is still unusable. This was not worth purchasing the Protection Plan. We have had no oven for a month and a half! Beware...

Sears took over a week to set an appointmenr, the after confirming after a week, then cancelled the day of. We rescheduled for the next day, then Sears canceled that day and said they no longer serve my area. Horrible customer service. Will never us Dears again. My home is 93 degrees with no AC. Communication is key, and after several weeks, this is unacceptable!!! They rate 0 out of 5!!!

Horrible communication. Had to reschedule after waiting hours because technician never showed up. No way to contact Sears to get updates. 2nd try was just as bad. Will never use again with my Home Warranty.
