The technician was nice but he told me relay burnt up and burnt motor up said he say he has to see if they will approve or not so now I am left worring if me and granddaughter will have heat or will we freeze cause they won't pay I thought that is why you get home warranty so you don't have to worry so if it don't pay why would you have home warranty we will see
