Sears was the 2nd company referred to me after the first company failed to produce corrected repairs the 2x they came. Billy was our tech. He was very respectful of my property and courteous, explaining what he was doing to fix the problem

He showed up on time & was polite. He told us that our AC was beyond repair & needs to be replaced. He said he needed to do paperwork & contact our home warranty company and sometime else would be doing the replacement, hopefully today. We have been without AC for a week now..
