Kevin was very courteous, easy to talk to, knowledgeable regarding air units. Knew the answers, gave suggestions. He preceded to fix the problem with detailed explanations about how and what he was doing. Give him a raise!!!

Hate to see the equipment go bad but I do appreciate the Sears Appliance Repair folks and First American Home Warranty. I am horrible with names but Sears' Fridge Specialist is a Fridge Whisperer. He is amazingly efficient and gets the work done. Thank you Sears!
