I've had the initial visit only...diagnostic, and the tech was not able to get the parts needed due to unavailability. I'm waiting for the warranty company to make a determination. The Sears tech was quite professional though. Thanks

There seemed to be a lot of confusion about the time the tech was supposed to arrive. Original time 8-12, the day before changed to 1-2, this morning, still 1-2, then he calls at around 11 and was 10 minutes away. You need to do better. Thanks
