Would have given 5 stars. The only reason I didn’t was because the time for the service call provided. Meant wife had to take off work. They did not show up till later than the first time provided.

Josh was very great and quick. I had an HVAC repair. The only thing I did not like was the very large arrival time window that was provided. However, we were able to find a solution that worked. Josh was knowledgable and very quick to identify and fix the problem with good communication.

The repair man was very knowledgeable and quick with his assessment. The only thing I wish you could give the person waiting for Repair persona better time slot example 8 to noon or noon to four. So that I could delegate the day better

Billy, the tech, was great! Isolated the cause of our problem within 10 minutes. Unfortunately he could not replace the 220v breaker at that time. Cinch warranty company is the worst company we have ever dealt with.

Would have loved a time frame that was less than 12 hours. Because I felt like I had to stay home the whole day and the technician did not arrive until then 12th hour. But service was great and fast.

This is an on going issue with this refrigerator. Not sure why I was charged another deductible when the problem was never resolved in the first place. Sears has been here on 4 separate occasions to fix the issue and was never fixed. Maybe the fifth time this visit will fix the problem although another 75.00 on the fifth visit? Disappointing to say the least.

John, was very knowledgeable about the repair, and repaired the refrigerator that had been seen by other repair technicians but it was John that finally repaired it. I was disappointed in Sears Customer service. John came out and gave a diagnostic of the issue and I stated I needed to confirm with my husband and Sears sees that as declining the service and charged us $140. I called a day later and confirm that we would like the repair performed. John cane out again and did ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC, WHY!!!! And of course we were charged, not happy about that... at ALL.. We had another appointment but no parts had been delivered and the technician didn't come out because he kept calling a number that we changed 5 times, but it was good he didn't come out, we didn't have the replacement parts... John came out a 3rd time and finally repaired the refrigerator and we were charged a 3rd Service/DIAGNOSTIC fee but this time given a discount. WHY, THE 3RD CHARGE!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
