JUSTIN, THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, THEN TRIED TO ORDER THE PART AND YOU DENIED HIM, SO I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL. SEARS WOULD NOT LET JUSTIN DO HIS JOB. WILL BE COMPLAINING TO FIRST AMERICAN, OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. RIDICULOUS

Telling me "most people google the stove issue" was unprofessional. I called an expert due to a serious problem with the stove at prior home. Almost had a house fire. Thankfully, I had sense to shut off the breaker. Current service call: reported +30 days of oven temperatures fluctuating. Solution: Showed how to reset the temp control. No diagnosis. Just "call if temp issue continues." Won't use their service again.

My refrigerator is repaired and I’m happy about that but the timeframe with this company was horrible. The first appointment took over a week and the repair took 3 weeks for the next appointment. Everyone does not have the money to go purchase a new refrigerator while waiting on the repair company to fit you into their schedule. It’s very inconvenient that there is no phone number to call. The AI generated chat is horrible. No help at all. The second technician was not very friendly and was rude when I asked him about the water pitcher not working. I would not suggest this service. Update: Still not working. No technician showed up for 3rd appt. This is the worst company. I will be filing a BBB complaint.

You cannot talk to an actual person when trying to schedule a repair. They were supposed to come out last Friday 9/27 and after being “the next stop” in the afternoon, it went to being rescheduled to 10/18!!! I should have been first in line on Monday. I still cannot get this repair scheduled any earlier. I am very disappointed and very very sorry that I bought this home warranty.

I was charged $439.95 in Labor for a 20 minute repair. The technician was in my home a maximum of 20 minutes. He then sat in his car outside my house playing on his phone for the next hour and a half to make it look like the service took a long time. Updating my review to mention I called the number in the response below and they refused to help me in any way.

Why have a phone number that you do not answer , but instead you get a prerecorded message that doesn’t have the info you need. Google maps say your location is in the mall, but I can’t find it and no one else’s knows where it’s at. This is why people resort to using Amazon.

Bad attitude, poor customer service. Original technician, John W. was supposed to come 7/11. Contacted me after 9 hour time window to tell me my home would not be serviced that day. No apology for not making it to the job site, poor communication throughout the day. Poor customer service. It had already been 2 weeks from scheduling the service date. Instead of rescheduling the next day, he rescheduled for 7/16. I didn’t approve the change, but tech John W. did it anyways. I rescheduled online for 7/12 and received confirmation. No technician called or showed up that day. Today, the technician showed up at 2pm, within the 9 hour time frame. He complained that I had other service technicians for other projects parked in my driveway. Very poor and unprofessional attitude. Also, his job was easy because the issue turned out to be a clog, and not a mechanical failure. If he was my employee, I would have terminated him.
