Billy was an excellent technician. He was quick at diagnosing the problem and returned the following week with the part he ordered. I would highly recommend Sears Appliance Repair. They know what they are doing.

I've had the initial visit only...diagnostic, and the tech was not able to get the parts needed due to unavailability. I'm waiting for the warranty company to make a determination. The Sears tech was quite professional though. Thanks
