John, was very knowledgeable about the repair, and repaired the refrigerator that had been seen by other repair technicians but it was John that finally repaired it. I was disappointed in Sears Customer service. John came out and gave a diagnostic of the issue and I stated I needed to confirm with my husband and Sears sees that as declining the service and charged us $140. I called a day later and confirm that we would like the repair performed. John cane out again and did ANOTHER DIAGNOSTIC, WHY!!!! And of course we were charged, not happy about that... at ALL.. We had another appointment but no parts had been delivered and the technician didn't come out because he kept calling a number that we changed 5 times, but it was good he didn't come out, we didn't have the replacement parts... John came out a 3rd time and finally repaired the refrigerator and we were charged a 3rd Service/DIAGNOSTIC fee but this time given a discount. WHY, THE 3RD CHARGE!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Repair was fast and Rep Richard was great. The cost was absolutley overpriced. I was charged Labor cost of $312.00 for 30 min of work. The Part price was a little on the high side but to charge someone that much for labor is over the top. Oh yeah not to mention I had a scheduled appointment yesterday for which no one showed up or called to tell me they could not be here and I had to inniciate the call.

Tech was friendly and pretty nice. After he left and I was cleaning cleaning out the fridge I did notice 2 screws were not missing and the shelves were dangling ( luckily he placed them in the door and I was able to find them). I screwed them in myself. The old parts were left outside my door rather than removed or placed in the trash can that was less than 2 feet away.

Billy B came and had many ideas of what was going on. But unfortunately it was not each time. We had a very hot summer, so waiting 2 weeks at a time made no sense. On the visit before the last he commented that my HVAC would last 3 months or maybe 3 yrs . Well it lasted maybe 3 minutes. He was pulling out of my driveway when I tried to stop him. He just continue to leave. 2 weeks later he returned just to inform me he was just there to take pictures. So it took 2 more weeks to just take pictures? Still no Repair.

The scheduling was terrible. The first time I told them it had to be between 8-2. When I found out it was going to be at 5 I had to cancel. The second time I kept waiting and kept getting text delaying the time. The last one said 9:27-10:25 pm! I began calling and got some foreign lady that I could barely understand. Finally the technician showed up a little after 5 pm (and had told earlier that it be $367 to put on a $27 hose!) Since I didn’t want to lose the $139 diagnostic fee I let him do it. I thought the price was ridiculous. It took the technician about 45 minutes to do the job.

Arrival window: 8AM-5PM. No way to confirm when they’re coming, no way to contact the technician beforehand. We missed the appointment because no one was at home when they finally arrived at a random time. The technician, John, rescheduled the appointment for later in the week and then put in the notes to call us beforehand so we could be there when they arrived. On the appointment day, no one showed. Finally at 6:54PM- already outside of the arrival window, and with no advance phone call- I received an automated text message saying the technician was on his way. It was the same technician, John. Out at dinner, we then received a notice of a $100 bill that they billed our home warranty for arriving at the house (again, after the scheduled service window, past 7PM at this point), for having shown up and done no work. If my home warranty didn’t automatically choose this company, I would never choose them for any work whatsoever.

The first technician cancelled on me last minute. The second technician was very nice but had to order parts which delayed the repairs over the weekend. The third technician cancelled mid day. The fourth technician did the same. The gentleman who actually fixed my dryer was great. However Sears’ customer service regarding all the last minute cancellations was non existent. It was evident Sears could care less about their customers. I’ve asked the company that contracts you not to employ you again.

JUSTIN, THE TECHNICIAN WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL. HE DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM, THEN TRIED TO ORDER THE PART AND YOU DENIED HIM, SO I AM NOT A HAPPY CAMPER AT ALL. SEARS WOULD NOT LET JUSTIN DO HIS JOB. WILL BE COMPLAINING TO FIRST AMERICAN, OUR HOME WARRANTY COMPANY. RIDICULOUS
