The technician refused to tell me what was needed to repair the cook top. He acknowledged a dent was on the back of the stove and the buttons stick on the control board but couldn’t wait to get authorization from 2-10 Home warranty. This is the 6th time Sears has come out.

Technician never showed or called then when I called the sear number kept getting a automated phone system and got to speak to a human then tried using the chat bot to get a contact number it wanted to charge me 5 dollars to speak to the contractor just to see if he was coming burned a whole day from work waiting on somebody to show up

Order # 000820612871949 Billy was the service repairman he arrived to our home, got out the truck ring the doorbell, which is a ring doorbell system that videos everything waited one minute while my wife was putting up the dogs he walked away and drove off pathetic service pathetic service I would not recommend them.

He never showed up because he came on aug 25 and didn't know what was wrong with the hvac unit! So today was canceled because he still didn't know what was wrong.

This repair (leak in the AC pipes and freezing) was originally supposed to be under my home warranty which didn't cover non moving parts. The repairman gave me a quote of $315 to fix it. This is what the warranty company would have paid them. Since it wasn't covered and he gave me that quote, I said go ahead and started writing a check. I had a Dr appointment and left and he came back later while I was gone and told my wife it was $642 so that is what we paid. Doesn't seem right that we would be charged more than double to get paid that day vs having to wait for the warranty company to pay them in probably 2-4 weeks.

Frank was here yesterday morning & pulled fridge out to look under & attached testing unit to the lead unit for trbl. Hecsaid reading in fridge was 32degrees. I had doors open to remove & clean out for 4 plus hrs. I told him & also that ice maker was not making ice. He said he put new icemaker part in & left saying mayvtake little time to freeze. Ice slowly started & freeze food until early today around 7:00 AM I noticed no ice or cool temp in freezer area. All fridge b was lots warmer inside. I closed doors & lifted ice maker bail. Still not working to this hour. I'll cl AHS to see if Frank can get back out here.we also have a water line connected to a purifier in our garage back of fridg.

Arrival window: 8AM-5PM. No way to confirm when they’re coming, no way to contact the technician beforehand. We missed the appointment because no one was at home when they finally arrived at a random time. The technician, John, rescheduled the appointment for later in the week and then put in the notes to call us beforehand so we could be there when they arrived. On the appointment day, no one showed. Finally at 6:54PM- already outside of the arrival window, and with no advance phone call- I received an automated text message saying the technician was on his way. It was the same technician, John. Out at dinner, we then received a notice of a $100 bill that they billed our home warranty for arriving at the house (again, after the scheduled service window, past 7PM at this point), for having shown up and done no work. If my home warranty didn’t automatically choose this company, I would never choose them for any work whatsoever.
