Tech did a good job he checked top to the bottom defrost large amounts of ice sealed doors did general inspection to the cooling system. He heated the seal to allow the refrigerator to reseal. I will check to see if that resolved the issue and if not was given instructions to power off refrigerator for 24 hours. I will call back if needed.

Ken, was the very best Technician he was easy to talk with. He showed me my bad parts that needed to be replaced. When he came back to fix and replaced the bad parts it did not take him long at all again very pleasant very knowledgeable. He’s the best I would love for him to continue to come to my home for any repairs I may have in the future. I will give him a five star every time. Miss. Robinson
